This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website, petalanoar.org. It is written in plain language, and it describes what we actually do, not what we might do one day.

Our mobile apps have their own separate privacy policies, because they handle different data: Vitala, Habitask, and Robbi. This policy covers the website only.
We only collect what you choose to send us. There is no account system and no tracking profile.
Reviews are public. If you submit a review, the display name, rating, comment, price and any photos you attach are shown publicly on this website once we have approved them. Please do not include anything private in a review.
Contact form enquiries are not public. They are emailed to us so we can reply, and kept in a private, access-controlled store so we do not lose track of your enquiry. We use your details to answer you and to carry out any work you ask us for, nothing else.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
Running the site means a small number of trusted providers process data on our behalf:
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Our visitor statistics are collected without cookies and cannot be traced back to you.
We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the work or conversation they relate to, and then delete them. Published reviews stay up until you or we remove them. You can ask us to delete either at any time.
Wherever you live, and particularly if you are in the UK or the EU, you can ask us to:
Email contact@petalanoar.org and we will deal with it within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
